A Rose by any Other Name at Edinburgh Festival 2022

Oxfordian, DVS Committee member and winner of the Shakespeare Oxford Fellowship video competition in 2019 Rosemary Loughlin will present her new one-woman show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival between 15 and 29 August 2022.

A Rose by any Other Name is about her personal journey towards the truth about Edward de Vere, 17th Earl of Oxford as the author of the works of Shakespeare, to be performed at Paradise in The Vault (venue 29).

Presenting her case that someone else created the works of Shakespeare, the Edinburgh Fringe will be the debut of her solo show. The performance charts the colourful journey of real-life experiences in her quest to discover the real Shakespeare.

From clues in Cambridge to proof in Padua and validations in Venice, the show offers incredible insights, entertaining encounters, and moving monologues.
