The 2023 DVS Annual General Meeting will be an in-person event for the first time since 2019 and will take place at 11.30 to 12.30 on Saturday 18th March 2023 at Middle Temple, Temple Lane, Temple, London EC4 9BT.
The 2023 AGM agenda, draft minutes of the 2022 AGM, reports for 2023 by the Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer, audited 2022 accounts and a questionnaire for responses and comments to proposals and nominations will be circulated in early February 2023 to be received by the Hon. Secretary by the time of the AGM for those not attending the meeting in person.
There will be no charge for members attending the AGM alone. Information about registration and payments for the Spring Meeting will be sent with the papers in early February along with information about how to pay Middle Temple for the Moot Court. The DVS Spring Meeting will take place between 14.00 and 16.30 on the same day at the same venue and the price for this meeting, which is for members only, is £30 and includes a sandwich lunch after the AGM.
An added attraction this year will be a Moot Court Trial of William of Stratford, which will take place between 17.30 and 20.30 at the same venue and will be open to the public. The price is £20 for DVS members and the public.
